Ti Bazar provides a directory service connecting consumers with local farmers and planters in Mauritius. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the quality of products offered by listed vendors.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for verifying information directly with vendors before making purchases. Ti Bazar is not a party to any transactions between users and vendors.
4. Vendor Listings
Vendor information is provided by the vendors themselves or collected from public sources. We strive to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee its completeness or currency.
Fine Herbs: Fine herbs (such as parsley, coriander, mint, thyme, etc.) are listed under the "Vegetables" category on Ti Bazar. This reflects local practice, as small planters and farmers in Mauritius typically sell fine herbs alongside their vegetables.
Seasonal Produce: Seasonal fruits and vegetables are only available during their respective harvest periods and specific times of the year, even if they are listed in a vendor's product listing. Product availability may vary based on weather conditions, crop yields, and other factors beyond our control.
Please contact the vendor directly to confirm product availability before visiting or placing orders.
5. Vendor Privacy
Your personal information is not used for anything else other than in your product listings. We do not share, sell, or use vendor information for marketing or any other purposes beyond displaying your listing on Ti Bazar.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ti Bazar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service or any transactions with listed vendors.
